Gluten Free Chocolate Raspberry Cake Pops

I know I just posted about chocolate peanut butter cake pops. The recipe is basically the same. However, I will provide some nice pictures in the instructions for those visual learners out there (like me!). Eat up my friends, everyone deserves a cute treat.

Gluten Free Chocolate Raspberry Cake Pops

Ingredients

-GF chocolate cake mix (Lovin' Betty Crocker)
-1/2 c seedless raspberry jam
-white chocolate
-sprinkles
-lollipop sticks
-styrofoam block
-love











Make the cake according to package directions




















COOL CAKE (this is very important). Crumble into fine pieces.




















Mix in raspberry jam until entire cake is mixed well and moist






















Roll into little balls. Cool in freezer for 15 minutes.





















Dip stick in melted chocolate, and put into cake ball. Let sit for 30 seconds. Dip cake ball into melted chocolate (add food coloring to jazz it up!) Tap off excess chocolate on side of bowl. Put sprinkles on them!






















Place in styrofoam block to set.






















And lastly, enjoy!
